Hot Shapers® are very effective, and for better results we recommend you wear them every day even if you are not exercising. The more you use your Hot Shapers® the better result you’ll get. We also suggest that wearing Hot Shapers® should be complemented with a healthy diet and good hydration. Please see the HOW IT WORKS section.
Hot Shapers® are made of Neotex smart fabric that increases core temperature during excercise, sports, walk, run, baby walk, at home or any physical activity. Please see our video What's Neotex.
It is recommended to wash Hot Shapers® after each use, particularly after exercising. Hand wash in cold water with a soft detergent. Squeeze out and drain.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Hotshapers.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges. Please see our Return and Exchange Policy.

Prior to returning or exchanging item(s) purchased online, please contact our Customer Care Team via either live chat or email us at customercare@hotshapers.com for assistance.

We will process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.

Yes. We use standard SSL encryption and security procedures. No one at Hot Shapers.com ever sees your credit card information nor has access to it. No credit card information is ever stored in our databases. We continually update our process and procedures base on the latest security and e-commerce best practices.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received on weekends or just prior to a holiday will be shipped the next business day. On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to expedite the order.

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.

Hot Shaper’s international shipping charges DO NOT include country specific customs, import, duties, or tax fees, associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. Your charge from HOT SHAPERS® includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs, import, duties, or tax fees must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be, as we ship worldwide and customs policies differ widely depending on destination. Please contact your local customs office.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days to receive your order.
All USA orders are shipped via USPS or FEDEX.

Should you need to alter your shipping information after your purchase has been shipped, please contact us immediately via our live chat or email us at customercare@hotshapers.com. If your order has already shipped changes are not allowed.

Please be aware that if a package is returned to Hot Shapers® due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Hot Shapers® is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

Please contact our Customer Care Team via our live chat or email so that we can may assist you. If your order has already shipped, changes and / or cancellations are not allowed.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number link for your package.
Please contact our Customer Care Team and we will be able to assist you. When your package has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please make sure to check your Spam/Junk Folder and add customercare@hotshapers.com to your safe list.

Please first check the Tracking Number provided to you by us to see the most current location of your package. If you've waited a couple of days and you still don't have the package:

  • See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
  • Contact the Carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. (Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy.) If you are unable to locate the package, you need to file a lost/stolen packages claim. If the carrier (USPS/FEDEX) cannot locate the package, USPS/FEDEX is to blame, NOT Hot Shapers®.

Please note that while we sincerely empathize with your situation, Hot Shapers®, like every other online merchant, has one thing to go by in order to 'prove' a package has been delivered: Delivery Confirmation. This is the industry standard to which we all adhere and use as a basis for confirming shipment delivery. As such, any order Confirmed Delivered by the shipping carrier is not eligible for a refund or replacement. However, please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@hotshapers.com, and we will review on a case by case basis, at our sole discretion.

Please remember that Hot Shapers® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.

In case of theft, you may consider calling your local police office.

You should normally receive a response from us within 24 hours.
