Shipping Policy 

Hot Shapers® will be shipped within 30 days from the time the order is processed and will be mailed via USPS, or FEDEX for requested Express Shipping. If you have any questions concerning the status of your order, please contact our customer service department.

Hot Shaper’s international shipping charges DO NOT include country specific customs, import, duties, or tax fees, associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. Your charge from HOT SHAPERS® includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs, import, duties, or tax fees must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be, as we ship worldwide and customs policies differ widely depending on destination. Please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

We hope you will be 100% satisfied and happy with every product purchased from our website. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. 

Prior to returning or exchange item(s) purchased online, please contact our Customer Service Team during the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00pm (EST), Monday to Friday via either chat or email at:

We will exchange the item or refund the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. 
  2. Item(s) must be in their original packaging and unused.
  3. If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded (All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable) to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item(s) back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-2 above.
  4. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s) to us. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable mail service. 
  5. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
  6. Please be aware that we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
  7. Refunds for items reported as missing by the customer that are indicated as shipped will not be refunded. HOT SHAPERS® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, we will review on a case by case basis, at our sole discretion. Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately 

Damaged & Incorrect Item(s):  If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item(s), please contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of delivery via chat or email at: customercare@hotshapers.com. We'll need your order number. Also, we may request that you send the damaged/defective or incorrect item(s) back to us.
