What I like the most about it is that it covers your entire belly, sides and back. So I will need to reorder as I have dropped a size. I got the xxl and using the gel, waist cinched and trainer, and changing my meals to home made meals I dropped a size. The trainer is comfortable and I can use it all day at work.
