with such a busy lifestyle I am always missing the gym, this makes me feel so much less guilty about doing so. It does exactly what it claims and I love it. Great for a quick fix to feel great in front of a photo shoot or the camera, or even if I am just trying to squeeze into my favorite jeans.

I was looking for a product that would help me gain quicker results through my core training. This gel along with the body shaper has proven to do just that for me. I love the weightless feel of the gel. It's not sticky and has not given me any rashes. I definitely sweat more when I apply this gel. I will surely be using more of this.

I've only been using this gel for a few weeks and I love it. I use it on all my problem areas prior to working out, and I have noticed some subtle changes, so for such a short time, I find that impressive. The nice thing is, it doesn't leave behind a long lasting residue that feels uncomfortable. I've tried some products that do that and I hate the feeling it leaves behind. This gel does not do that, and it leaves you with a very refreshing cooling feeling which I love. Definitely recommend!
